A unique bellydance artist currently based in Toronto,
Laura Selenzi is perhaps best known for her warm and engaging stage presence and serpentine movements. A lead dancer in the renowned Arabesque Dance Company and co-founder of Cabaret Serpentine, her style is truly original. Inspired by traditional Middle Eastern dance as well as Latin, Hip-Hop, Tribal Fusion and Indian dance, she is committed to exploring the ancient roots as well as the exciting modern potential of bellydance. Drawing from experience in Turkey, India and Canada, Laura is currently available for performance and instruction.

Laura performs two half-hour bellydance sets with the incredible Arabesque Orchestra. Great food, music and show, and NO COVER! Layali Arabesque runs every Friday with a different dancer.

Laura arrives in Halifax to join Monique in an evening of entertainment at Casino Nova Scotia. 3 different performances during the night happening at 8pm, 9pm and 10pm. July 4th will be three solo's by Monique, Haley and Laura. July 9th is a special Cabaret Serpentine night with 2 solos and 2 duets! July 11th TBA. FREE!
